Enough credentials for UCBerkeley Haas, Business Major?

Hello! I'm a Berkeley hopeful. :)

91.7 average on freshman year

91.3 average this year. (with two APs: AP World History and AP Computer Science A. Hopefully will take into account.)

My schedule junior year will look like:

AP Calculus AB

AP Lang

AP Biology

Adv Web Design (Web Design Team at my school)

U.S. History (on-level)

H. Spanish IV

Senior year:

AP Econ Micro/AP Econ Macro

AP Statistics

AP Literature

Physics (on-level)

Adv Web Design

AP Spanish

estimated SAT score: 2250

Extra-curriculars/Main credentials:

-I am the co-founder and director of a non-profit organization. By the time I apply for college, it will be incorporated, 501(c) certified, reasonably large within my state and maybe a few locations in neighboring states.

-3 years of Varsity tennis (will be, anyways)

-4 years of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), various FBLA competition awards

Do I have a reasonable chance to get into Haas? Anything I should do to make my chances better?

Thanks! :]

Well, you stand a decent chance of getting into Cal if you are a California resident (but the UC system uses the 4-point scale, so you'll have to recalibrate your grades and see). The requirements for out-of-state folks is a bit higher, but you do show a lot of leadership skill, which helps (apply for the Alumni Leadership Scholarship!)

But the thing about Haas is that you have to apply for it at the end of your second year. You enter Haas in third year, and competition for space is tough. You will be competing against other Cal students whose marks were as good or better than yours in high school. But those don't count. What counts is your Cal GPA and your performance at Cal.

I knew Haas grads, and they were talented folks. But it's not impossible to get in. Just do well in your studies.
