She is skinny as it is. Shes not fat. If shes selfconcious about her weight. The best way is to eat healthy balanced meal in portions and exercise but dont overdo it. Tell her shes beautiful the way she is. If she still doesn't get it. It is something she needs to realize and work on herself. She may need a professional help to help her see what you and others see.

Reply:its a girl thing Im afraid. Im also a size 6 %26amp; think I have fat thighs %26amp; a big bum. Everyone says I don't %26amp;even if they are right I still don't see it myself. I just take the view thats the way God made me, I can't do anything about it.





So my advice would be ignore the things you don't like (it takes quite a bit of practice) %26amp; concentrate on the things you do.





For the record she isn't fat - not by a long chalk :D

Reply:Speaking from experience, you will never be able to persuede her that she is not. My partner is the same and i have spent the last 12 years trying to tell her that she is not fat, it makes no difference what us guys say to a woman once they have an idea such as this in their head, all you can do is keep telling her that she is not.
