World of Warcraft PROBLEM!!?

Hello, I wanted to put "add-ons" onto my world of warcraft account. I downloaded a zipped file and put it under C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\Add On


I then started the game but nothing showed up (Note i did extract the zipped file) could someone tell me why this won't work/if you could link me a site with add-ons for WoW that work. Also im on a trial account but that won't matter i think.

On the character select screen, there's an option to enable/disable add-ons.. It's a button on the lower left corner.. Select that and make sure that the add-ons are checked, also check the "enable out of date addons" selection on the top of the window. This should help...

Reply:I'm fairly sure that the trial account does not make a difference to add-ons.


Go to the addon menu on your character log on screen and make sure they're selected, then make sure you have "Load Out-of-Date Addons" clicked.


If that isn't the issue, make sure that when you extracted the files that you extracted them into the Interface folder itself, not into the folder with the name of the addon.
